Refund policy

60-day returns

You may request a return within 60 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unaltered and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Before sending anything back, contact support@honeynoirstore.com with your order number. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions, and confirm any applicable return shipping costs. Do not send products to our registered business address without authorization.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos so we can help.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will tell you whether it is approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
